Terrafloww Marketplace allows you to share your datasets with specific users or entire organizations. This enables secure collaboration while maintaining control over who can access your data.Sharing Options
Share with Users
Share a dataset with individual users by their user ID:1
Navigate to Dataset
Open your dataset in the Marketplace dashboard.

Open Sharing Settings
Click on the Share button to open the sharing panel.

Add User
Enter the user’s email or ID and select their role.
Share with Organizations
Share a dataset with an entire organization, granting access to all its members:1

Open your dataset in the Marketplace dashboard.

Click on the Share button to open the sharing panel.

Select Organization
Choose the target organization and assign a role.
Roles and Permissions
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
viewer | Can view dataset metadata and access the data |
editor | Can view and modify dataset configuration |
admin | Full control including sharing management |
Managing Collaborators
View Collaborators
Navigate to your dataset and click Collaborators to see all users and organizations with access.Remove Access
To revoke access:- Open the Collaborators panel
- Find the user or organization
- Click the remove button
Access Levels
Datasets can have different visibility levels:| Level | Description |
|---|---|
| Private | Only accessible by the owning organization |
| Internal | Accessible by members of your organization |
| Public | Visible in the Marketplace, accessible to all authenticated users |
Best Practices
When sharing datasets with external organizations, consider:
- Using the most restrictive role necessary
- Regularly reviewing who has access
- Setting up usage tracking to monitor data consumption
